Lead-times are stated - but Involution is unique in offering an express service on-line for both EMBROIDERED & SCREEN PRINTED goods

Embroidery:	Normal service = a maximum of two weeks (often faster) 7 day EXPRESS Service available 4 day EXPRESS Service available
Screen Printing:	Normal service = a maximum of two weeks (often faster) 7 day EXPRESS Service available

Please note that in order to achieve the above Express lead-times, the following points apply:

• Days stated are working days (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays)
• Proofs will be sent via e-mail and will need to be approved SAME DAY
• Good are sent out on a carrier and Involution cannot be held accountable for any failure on there part
• Involution guarantees a great service - if a deadline is missed for any internal reason at Involution, the express element of the order will be reimbursed - no quibble!
